Please note that this office doesn't double book patients. The time scheduled for your first appointment (1 hour) is yours only. Unfortunately, up to 5% of patients who have an appointment, fail to show up and fail to call in to cancel in time. As the average waiting time for the first appointment is three weeks or more, please think of another patient who could have been seen and examined instead of you. We will reconfirm your upcoming appointment, however, please out of sheer consideration for others, in case you cannot make it, or you have changed your mind, notify us at least 24 hours in advance, so that we can call up another interested patient. Patients who do not show consideration with the above request, will not be rescheduled.
